Biriany, a spicy dish that is favorite troughout the world.

Biryani or biriany is a kind of dish or food item now renowned all over the world. It originated in the South Asia especially in Bangladesh and India where rice is eaten as chief food. The item is especially prefered by the Muslim rulers and aristocrats as it is a little bit costly to afford and prepare. Now biryani is popular not only in South Asia but also in Arabia and within various South Asian communities in Western countries. The is no wonder the the western people are tasting the dish nowadays and the now frequently visits Bangladeshi restaurant (locally known as indian restayrant), Indian restaurant, Pakistani restaurant and some other south asian restaurants.

The main ingredient of biriany is rice and other main items to make biriany are meat—beef, chicken or muglai, goat, lamb, vegetable, fish or shrimp. The spices that are needed to make biriany include ghee, nutmeg, mace, cumin, pepper, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaves, coriander, mint leaves, ginger, onions, and garlic.

Biriany and process and recipe of it can be different contry to country.
